Interesting Vista behavior in the name of security.  This is important to understand in order to provide support to our users.  I personally like this behavior.  I am tired of the programs file directory being a big dumping ground for applications.

Microsoft has released a new Remote Desktop Client for Windows.  Take a look at some of the new features.

 10 most popular typeface families in American newspapers.  Must be popular for a good reason.

 Programmers:

Microsoft Mobile & Embedded DevCon 2006 content.  This may be interesting for mobile development learning.

Team Foundation Server roadmap…in case you are interested in what is coming up in the future.

Jean-Paul Boodhoo has a developer bootcamp he is trying to get going.  Looks to be an advanced and fast paced course.  He even talks about up to 12 hour days.  (I think this would be fun personally, but I am really geeky).

Here is a link to help you optimize WPF application performance.  I think before we attack this technology, we should read and understand this stuff so that our apps perform well for the users.

Another article explaining Reference vs Value types in .NET.  If you don’t understand it by now, you need to dig in and learn this key concept.

Rounding in .NET is funny, I think that it follow our business rounding formulas.  Interesting, I always thought our rounding was the weird one.
