		<description>I would definitely recommend Django to you over Rails. I have used both for several applications, and I think as a language Python is simply better than Ruby for objective reasons. First of all Python has many more quality libraries, it is a good deal faster, and the Python community strives to produce code that is as understandable and and readable as possible. I&#039;ve also found documentation in Python tends to be much better. Compare Django&#039;s documentation and www.djangobook.com to anything available for Rails online.

That being said, both frameworks are pretty good and if you are doing this mainly as a learning experience, I don&#039;t think you can really go wrong with either one. Good luck with your choice.</description>
